1. General Information

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time of booking, either in full or as a deposit, as indicated. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment gateways. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant cancellations:

Cancellations made more than [7 days] before the retreat start date may be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations within [X days] of the start date are non-refundable.

Cloud Retreat cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies. In these cases, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover potential interruptions or changes.

4. Health and Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions when booking.

Participation in activities is voluntary and at your own risk. Cloud Retreat is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses during your stay.

5. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malware, or posting harmful content. All content on the Site—text, photos, design, and branding—is the property of Cloud Retreat and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
